How long will shipping take?
1.Please make sure the correct Ship-To address is entered before checking out. Once the payment is completed, you may not be able to change the shipping address. We shall not be held responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
2. We will ship to the addresses within United States.
3. The estimated delivery times to 48 states within United States will be about 4-6 business days. They are estimated average delivery guidelines but not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. For example, please understand that USPS (US Postal Services) First Class Mail service is typically 3-5 business days to most locations in the continental US states, while Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO and US Protectorates may take much longer time, and the delivery time may be affected from time to time by operational conditions, weather conditions or security issues, etc.
Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from SACASUSA.com. We will be happy to issue a refund for the item/s. Item/s should be returned with the packing slip and in new condition within 30 days of receipt date.
How do I make a return?
1. Sing into your SACASUSA account.
2. Find the order in My Order, click the Return Item Button.
3. Select the items your would like to return, indicate the reasons and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of the return package.
5. Drop off your package at the delivery point closest you.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty underwear, Event & Party Supplies, DIY Supplies, and Pet Supplies. We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
4. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-SACASUSA products.
5. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Cancel Items or Orders
You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by sending us E-mail: email@example.com
After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.
We will issue a credit for the item/s as soon as we receive the item/s. Shipping & Handling charge will be refunded if the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective, etc). Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to appear on your credit card.

Damage / Defective Item/s Policy
We will offer an exchange or refund for any items received damaged or defective provided the damaged items are reported within 5 days of the receipt date and the defective items are reported within 7 days of the receipt date.
How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
