How to make the DOUBLE Balloons

• Stuff The Balloon

  Put the small balloon into the Clear Foil Balloon, you can put anything you want but make sure leave it to the opening that you area able to inflate it

• Inflate The Balloon

  First, inflating the Clear Foil Balloon about 10% helium, then inflating the small balloons that you insert earlier

• Second, after inflated the small balloon and tied, use the scissors to remove the unnecessary part of small balloons to lighten the weight of the balloon

• Third, repeated the above step until inflated all small balloon, then inflated the Clear Foil Balloon
  
  Tip:  Due to thermal expansion and contraction, DO NOT inflate too full to avoid it burst or burst (temperature changing, especially in summer). Inflating about 85-90% full which is enough)

• Last, the balloon is not self-sealing, please tie it tightly to avoid leaking. The double balloon is DONE and you will see both the Clear Foil Balloon and smaller balloon are inflated.
  
  Tip: BOTH Bigger balloon and smaller balloon will NEED to inflate with Helium or the balloon might not able to float.
